Towards Carbon Neutrality
At the United Nations Climate Conference last year Costa Rica became one of Five Countries in the world formally committed to carbon neutrality. Other countries include Monaco, Norway, Iceland and New Zealand. The smart money may be on Costa Rica to get there first, experts say.
